Would you believe us if we told you a vegan chocolate mousse fruit dip exists? We’ve seen it all over the internet and just had to give it a try—especially if this meant putting our Two Bears Vanilla Oat Milk to the test – and as the star ingredient.
We are confident that this chocolate chia mousse will certainly hit the spot — and the best part? It’s easy to make and the base is made from black chia seeds [ground] and Two Bears Vanilla Oat Milk.
Here’s how you make it.
Warning: it’s so simple.
4 TBS Black chai Seeds
1 Cup Two Bears Vanilla Oat Milk
1.4 Cup Maple Syrup
2 TBS Cocoa Powder
& fresh fruit for dipping!
- Blend the chia seeds into a fine powder using a blender or food processor
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
- Refrigerate for at least 30 min in a sealed container
Now go ahead and dip, dip, dip or even eat it with a spoon!
