Returns & Refunds
We stand behind everything we do, so it’s important to us that you're satisfied. We handle each return on a case by case system to ensure we can make you happy.
From the day you receive your coffee you have one week to let us know if you don't like it. Send it back to us, and we’ll send you different beans or refund your purchase (minus the cost of shipping).
Canned Beverages and 1-Litres
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on our canned beverages or 1-litres. If there’s an issue with damage in transit, or you received the wrong order, please email us a picture and the expiry date to email@example.com
Merchandise And Brew Gear
Please reach out to us for any returns or exchanges within 2 weeks of receiving your Two Bears merchandise. We can only accept unopened and unused merchandise with all its packaging contents.
Please reach out directly to the manufacturer within 30 days with any issues related to brew gear.
Wrong Shipping Address
Unfortunately Two Bears can not take responsibility for any issues with the address once the order has shipped. Please e-mail us (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you need the make changes within 24-hours of the order being placed.
If the order shows delivered or is delayed in transit, you will have to speak directly with the shipping company to see if anything can be done.
If the order is returned to Two Bears, we will refund the order minus shipping costs.
Any requests for cancellations, changes to your order, or change of address must be made within 24 hours of the subscription being processed.
