This coffee was decaffeinated via the Swiss Water process and has notes of dark chocolate and hazelnuts with undertones of black cherry.
Fantastic coffee. Most decades are bland and watered down. This was surprising in so many ways. I tend to roll my eyes when like wine, you get descriptions like “dark chocolate and cherry” but you really do get those notes here. The coffee is delicious. Bold and flavorful, and worked great in my French press. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!
Most decaf coffees are over-roasted or bland. This hits the sweet spot of tasty coffee without being over or underpowered.
