My favorite from Two Bears
I’ve tried different types of coffee from Two Bears but the Ethiopia Shakiso is one of my favorites! The smell is incredible and the taste is even better. I don’t think it’s a strong coffee, so you can take black and feel every note of the aromas. 100% recommend

extracts well and very balanced flavour with good acidity and finish. shame this roast isn't available through the subscription service.

Hi Tal, Glad you enjoyed the Adame! Unfortunately we cannot add the single-origins to the subscription program. Due to the seasonality of coffee, we cannot guarantee the availability of certain coffees year round. We buy coffees close to the harvest date and try not to have coffees for too long as they will start to age. The drop in quality due to aging is unfortunately very apparent in roasted coffees.
