Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl
Prep time: 5 min.
Makes x1 bowl
‘Tis the season for all apple EVERYTHING and this apple pie smoothie bowl takes the cake – or pie in this case. Dessert for breakfast is always a good idea, right? Impress your family at Thanksgiving brunch with this cold smoothie full of warm seasonal spices and rich dairy-free oats. We aren’t pulling your leg -- this guilt-free smoothie actually tastes like a pie by using spices like ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Top your bowl with fresh apples from your trip to the orchard, and some crunchy granola, or just slurp it back with no toppings needed.
The ingredients list and instructions are below, but we do recommend using both a frozen banana AND a frozen chopped apple to keep your smoothie nice and cold. Our Two Bears Unsweetened Oat is gluten-free – so be sure to use gluten-free oats to keep it that way. Here’s how you make it…
