So, when we decided to craft the most delicious cold coffee in a can, we knew there was only one way to get it right: we'd have to extract coffee in hot water and immediately flash chill it.
THE TWO BEARS METHODAt Two Bears, we start our brew process with a custom water filtration system to bring the water to its pure H2O form, in order to perfectly extract those unique and mouth-watering coffees qualities. We're talking sweet and fruity sugars, crisp acidity, savoury low notes, and the rest of the flavour spectrum.
We then use our custom-built brewing equipment and unique recipe to brew the ground coffee with exactly 96 degree Celsius water.
The extracted hot coffee immediately runs through our specially controlled chilling equipment to lock in the taste and prevent any unwanted bitterness. Just the way we like it.
The chilled and extracted brewed coffee then goes through a final process of triple filtration to ensure a consistent and smooth mouthfeel.
The flash brewed coffee is then quickly dosed into cans using nitrogen to ensure freshness and give it that creamy, frothy texture that makes Two Bears special.
The end result is a canned cold coffee crafted for the connoisseur, but ready to drink if you're on the go.
