Carrot Cake Baked Oats

If you can already taste [and smell] the cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla — then these healthy carrot cake baked oats are going to be your new favourite fall food. The best part is that they are made with wholesome ingredients AND our famous Two Bears Vanilla Oat. 
These are perfect for breakfast — or even as dessert. 
Here’s how you can make these dairy-free carrot cake baked oats in basically two simple steps. We promise the hardest part is grating your carrot. 

 

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups of oats 
  • 2 cups of Two Bears Vanilla Oat
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup raisins [or dried cranberries] 
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • Dash of salt 

DIRECTIONS
  • grate you’re carrot! 
  • Add all of your ingredients to your baking dish
  • Mix to combine
  • Bake for 35 min in a 400-degree oven
  • Enjoy!
