La Palma y El Tucan Geisha Flash Brew Coffee
A Two Bear's Barista brews and packages each can of Geisha coffee individually with the utmost precision to ensure the most exquisite and unique can of coffee on the planet.
This green coffee was sourced directly from the La Palma y El Tucán farm in Colombia, vacuum-packed and air shipped to our specialty roaster.
The coffee used in this can is lot #82 part of the Hero nano-lot series.
This coffee was processed naturally, meaning the coffee seed is dried and fermented with the fruit intact; once the moisture reaches ≈12% moisture content, the coffee is then hulled to remove the dried husk.
La Palma y El Tucán's processing method produces coffees that are incredibly sweet and complex, and are often used in the top coffee competitions in the world.
Upon arrival at the Two Bears Den, the coffee is roasted in small batches and carefully brewed with 96 degree water, flash-chilled, nitrogen infused and canned to preserve the integrity of the coffee.
This may be black coffee, but has sweet tasting notes similar to " a bowl of fruity pebbles".
Your 1 can of this exceptional unsweetened, unadulterated Giesha coffee will come bubble wrapped, in a gold poly bubble mailer, in a box for extra protection!
Never in my life did I think I would taste coffee like this.
