21 GRAMS OF COFFEE
WATER BOILED TO 96 °C
STEP 1: SET UP THE FILTER
Fold the filter into a cone shape and place it in the Hario V60 pour over. Pour 96°C water through the filter and into your drinking vessel to heat it up. Toss the hot water.
STEP 3: SOAK THE GRINDS
Start your timer and then pour 96°C water over all the grounds allowing them to bloom for 15 seconds.
STEP 2: GET GRINDING
Grind 21 grams of Two Bears coffee to a fine setting and add it to your brewer.
STEP 4: ADD WATER
Slowly pour water in an even circular motion every 10 to 15 seconds for perfect extraction. We recommend using a scale and so you can pour until you reach 360 grams. To avoid breaking the crust, pour over the dark spots and avoid light spots where the crust hasn't formed.
STEP 5: REMOVE V60 & ENJOY
At the 3 minute mark remove the V60 and pour coffee in your drinking vessel. Hopefully, you have a 10-ounce cup ready to enjoy.
